Return Policy

If the customer is not satisfied with an order, the item can be refunded within 14 days of the order’s delivery date.

Security Tag, Stickers and any other accessories must be included in the returned parcel.

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

The item must be in the original packaging.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

The customer is the sole responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the item. The shipment must be contain a tracking link.

Unfortunately, we do not offer item exchanges. However, you can easily place a new order through the online shop.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
